We perform Highway Safety Investigations (HSI), statistical crash analysis at Priority Investigation Locations (PILs), with countermeasure evaluation, crash modification factors for cost-benefit assessment, and collision diagrams. We have contributed to several major safety-focused pilots, including the NYC Connected Vehicle Pilot (data analytics), the Port Authority's Connected Autonomous Bus Project (simulation-based safety and mobility metrics), and NYSDOT's ongoing video analytics safety pilot (design, before-after evaluation).

We combine planning, analysis, and licensed engineering expertise to support agencies in making smart decisions about how to optimize traffic flow. We offer traditional traffic impact analyses to large-scale multi-resolution simulation modeling, often using simulations to evaluate traffic designs, signal timing, construction staging, and development impacts before implementation—which saves on time, cost, and public disruption.
